Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0Effective 17 July 2026
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out prohibited conduct when using the Admin Restaurant Intelligence Platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited activities
You must not, and must not permit any Authorised User or third party to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, hack, probe, or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or networks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the
extent expressly permitted by law.
- Abuse, overload, manipulate, or attempt to circumvent the safeguards of our AI systems, or use them to generate
unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the
Platform.
- Access, or attempt to access, data belonging to another customer or Restaurant Account.
- Share account credentials, or allow access to your account by unauthorised persons.
- Misuse the Customer Demo or Sales Demo environments, including attempting to store real customer or personal data
in them or using them other than for evaluation and training.
- Copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or reproduce any part of the Platform, its content, or its materials without
our prior written permission.
- Use the Platform to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass, or for any unlawful, fraudulent, or
deceptive purpose.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform other than through features we provide.
Reporting misuse
Please report suspected misuse or security issues to welcome@adminrestaurantintelligence.co.uk.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and take action including warning, suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
