Demo Terms

Scope

These Demo Terms apply to both the Customer Demo environment (the public, no-sign-up interactive demonstration) and the Sales Demo environment (used by our sales function to demonstrate the Platform). They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Evaluation and training only

Demo environments are provided solely for evaluation, demonstration, and training. They must not be used for live business operations or to store real customer or personal data.

2. Fictional data

Data shown in demo environments may be fictional or sample data and does not represent real customers, staff, or performance.

3. Resets without notice

Demo environments may be reset, refreshed, or cleared at any time without notice. Demo data is not guaranteed to be retained and may be permanently deleted.

4. Features may differ

Demo features and behaviour may differ from the production Platform and may change at any time.

5. Access may be withdrawn

Demo access is provided at our discretion and may be limited or withdrawn at any time.

6. No reliance

You should not rely on demo environments for any business decision. Nothing in a demo constitutes a commitment as to the features, availability, or performance of the production Platform.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of demo environments is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibition on misusing demo environments or attempting to store real personal data within them.
