Scope

These AI Terms & Disclaimer govern your use of the AI features of the Platform, including the Admin Intelligence Coach and any AI-assisted guidance, suggestions, insights, or generated content. They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Guidance only

AI features provide guidance and convenience only. They are a support tool and are not a substitute for professional judgement or advice.

2. Possible inaccuracy

AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You must independently verify any information before relying on it, particularly where it affects people, money, or compliance.

3. Your responsibility for decisions

Restaurant owners, managers, and users remain fully responsible for their operational, staffing, financial, and compliance decisions. We are not liable for actions taken on the basis of AI output.

4. Not professional advice

AI features do not provide legal, financial, employment, tax, food-safety, health-and-safety, or regulatory advice. For such matters you should consult a suitably qualified professional.

5. Improvement over time

AI responses may change and improve over time as the underlying models and our features evolve. Outputs are not guaranteed to be consistent between sessions.

6. Inputs and data

Do not submit information to AI features that you are not permitted to share or that you do not wish to be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the inputs you provide.
